The Diabetes UK helpline is a lifeline for many people living with diabetes. From receiving a first diagnosis to learning how to live well with diabetes, our amazing helpline is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Equipped with the tools and information vital for someone with diabetes, their family, friends and loved ones, thanks to you and your support, we aim to ensure no one feels alone and that we can be with them every step of the way.
